Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Project Engineer will support and execute CAPEX projects focused on infrastructure improvements, equipment rebuilds, and automation initiatives. Responsibilities include project management, coordinating with vendors, developing engineering drawings and reports, and driving implementation from concept through completion. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications- Core Skills: Project management, AutoCAD, financial acumen, and strong communication skills
- Engineering & Manufacturing: Exposure to manufacturing environments; 2 years preferred (not required)
- Experience: Manufacturing co-op/internship experience is a plus
- Execution: Ability to manage multiple vendors, create engineering drawings/reports, and drive projects to completion
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset; DMAIC / Six Sigma preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
