Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.

i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant who will lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables capabilities in a complex federal financial environment. This role offers senior consultants the chance to shape a program from the ground up and grow with it for years.

Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations.

We want consultants who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to speed up fit-gap analysis, draft functional designs and specifications, build test scenarios, troubleshoot defects, and document configurations. • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality.
• Support Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality.
• Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs.
• Configure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier processes, invoice processing, matching, and payment functionality.
• Support integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Support data conversion and validation.
• Develop and execute SIT/UAT scenarios and resolve functional defects.
• Support deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization.
• Document configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and testing, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.

• 5 years of Oracle ERP Financials/Procurement experience.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle approval workflows/BPM.
• Experience with FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, and conversions from a functional perspective.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, or problem solving.

• Federal financial management experience.
• Knowledge of FIBF, USSGL, or federal reporting requirements.
• Experience with shared services or federal ERP modernization.
