What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at i360 Property Management?

Job Qualifications:
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of the equipment/tools needed for the job
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy materials and sometimes working in confined spaces
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively manage time
Perform maintenance and provide customer support
Renovating vacant units- may include drywalling, changing outlets, setting toilets, installing small areas of flooring, etc.
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
Repair or install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
Educate the client on how to use and maintain newly installed products or repaired products
Ordering parts needed for repairs if needed
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Emergency On-call rotation
Other duties as assigned
