JOB TITLE: Director of Technology Program Management

REPORTS TO: SVP, Technology, Compliance, Security Services
JOB LOCATION: Remote
TRAVEL: Less than 10%
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
As the Director of Technology Programs, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple technology, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance programs. You will work closely with the SVP of TCSS, cross-functional teams, including development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure that programs operate as planned and results are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will also be responsible for managing program schedules, risks, and resources, as well as ensuring that all program processes are followed.
We're looking for someone who has experience in program management, understands best practices in technology, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance, and has a passion for driving successful programs. Our ideal candidate has experience with program management tools and processes and is detail-oriented and organized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a point of contact for all program-related activities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple technology, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance programs
- Maintain program schedules and ensure that all programs are delivered on time
- Manage risks and issues related to programs
- Ensure that all program processes are followed and that all necessary approvals are obtained
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful program delivery
- Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders
- Continuously improve program management processes and practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
- Understanding of best practices in technology, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance
- Experience with program management tools and processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Certification in program management or a related field
