Position: Desktop Technician III
Location: Clark, NJ 07066
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $25–27/hr
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in Level 2 Desktop Support, Windows 11, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, and Active Directory/Azure AD administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing walk-up IT kiosk support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting enterprise devices and AV systems, and delivering high-quality customer-facing technical support that ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the campus IT environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 3–5 years of proven Desktop Support experience
- Strong expertise in Windows 11, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD account administration
- Experience supporting hardware deployment, imaging, mobile devices (iOS/Android), Cisco IP phones, and Teams Room equipment
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, endpoint security, and network connectivity support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service orientation
Preferred Skills:
- CompTIA A Certification or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with Bomgar or other remote support tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room AV support
- Experience mentoring junior support staff / acting as a Level 1 escalation point
- Multilingual communication abilities
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
