About the Role
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical device industry
- 3–5 years of experience working with and leading projects involving Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs)
- Ability to independently manage projects, including scope, cost, and schedule
- Experience working in regulated industries (FDA, ISO, ASTM, USP, etc.) and implementing improvements
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional, global teams on complex projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and data-driven analysis
- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and senior management
- Basic understanding of project management, risk management, financials, and medical device manufacturing technologies
