Title: ME-DVT Engineer (Creo – Electromechanical & Automation)

Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, build, and lead development of pneumatic, electromechanical fixtures, and robotic test systems
• Own end-to-end test development: fixture design, validation, execution, analysis, and reporting up to ME-DVT lead
• Create and optimize mechanical designs using PTC Creo (part, assembly, drawing, and parametric modeling)
• Develop robust, repeatable test setups leveraging automation, robotics, and instrumentation
• Drive failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions across subsystems
• Provide technical clarity on complex issues and guide cross-functional teams toward resolution
• Lead technical discussions across design, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement in test methodologies and fixture design standards
• Mechanical testing of LCD/LED/gyro/accelerometer/magnetometer sensor packages
• Travel: 0–10%

Required / Minimum Qualifications
• 10 years of relevant engineering experience
o OR BS/MS in Mechanical, Materials, Reliability, Electrical Engineering or related field 5 years experience
• Strong hands-on experience in PTC Creo (mandatory – not optional)
• 5 years in consumer electronics: product quality, reliability, or manufacturing test
• Proven experience leading cross-functional electromechanical test initiatives
• Deep understanding of failure physics and structured root cause methodologies
• Strong data analysis capability with ability to drive decisions from test data

Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in mechanical testing of consumer electronic products
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc robot programming, DIC, High Speed DIC, PLCs, HSD, and test instrumentation
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, CLCA, SPC, Pareto charts, FMEA, GR&R, CPK, PPAP, FAI
• Experience applying statistical methods to evaluate product reliability and highlight potential product risks (Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus)
• Exposure to automation or scripting (Python / test automation frameworks)
