About the Role
The Client Service Specialist supports the delivery of i2Vision’s client projects across pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts. This position ensures the effective coordination of timelines, deliverables, and client communications in collaboration with project management and medical communications teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts and internal teams.
· Assist in the planning and execution of client deliverables, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and aligned with objectives.
· Support meeting coordination and logistics for internal and external stakeholder meetings, including ad boards and scientific sessions.
· Collaborate closely with the Medical Communications, Editorial, and Creative teams to ensure project accuracy and quality.
· Manage status reports, meeting notes, and follow-up communications.
· Help develop timelines, project trackers, and deliverable summaries to ensure smooth execution.
· Maintain strong client relationships by anticipating needs and providing proactive communication.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required; background in communications, marketing, or life sciences preferred.
· 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or project coordination within a healthcare or medical communications agency.
· Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and other project management tools
