- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst. Preference given to experience in federal/state government, public health, healthcare, similar service-related business. - Required bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration or related degree; Preferred master's degree in MBA or MHA. - Professional experience in business analysis, prioritization, requirements gathering sessions. - Experience developing executive-level reports, process maps, workflow and SOP documentation, risk analysis. - Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification is preferred.
