Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist with order processing and manage customer accounts using computerized systems.
  • Maintain a welcoming front desk environment for visitors.
  • Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in customer communications.
  • Support administrative functions as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing files.
  • Handle billing inquiries and assist with QuickBooks as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide bilingual support when required to enhance communication with diverse clientele.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
