What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer (U-Bar) position at I Squared R Element Co?

- Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Temp to hire position
- Primary function: Load and unload material from continuous pusher-style furnaces.
- Once the material is out, an evaluation of the electrical properties of the material must be conducted.
- This is a hands-on, physically active role in a high-heat, dusty production environment.
- No prior experience is required— we provide full training!
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
