Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Primary Care Physician role located in Chicago, IL at I-Squared Medical Group. The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing primary care services, urgent care when needed, and focusing on holistic and integrative approaches to health care.

Qualifications

Primary Care and Functional Medicine skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and with diverse patient populations
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Experience in integrative or functional medicine is a plus
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
