What You’ll Do
As a Full-Line Refrigeration and Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll be the expert customers trust to keep their homes running smoothly.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing home appliances and refrigeration systems.
- Providing accurate cost estimates and explaining recommended repairs to customers.
- Communicating clearly and professionally throughout each service visit.
- Ordering and managing parts efficiently.
- Collecting payments and completing detailed service reports.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- EPA Type I or Universal CFC Certification (required).
- 1 year of appliance or refrigeration repair experience (preferred).
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Annual Pay Range: $60,000 – $150,000 , depending on experience and performance.
- Compensation Structure: Technicians start with a daily guarantee and may transition to commission-based pay tied to revenue.
- Top technicians consistently earn six-figure incomes through bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
