What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service and reliable repairs to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances and related equipment.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly to customers.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
- Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate service records.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated technicians who combine hands-on skill with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or related role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- EPA certification and sealed system experience are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $20–$60 per hour, depending on experience and performance. You’ll also have opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions.
