What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll be a key member of our service team, delivering professional, high-quality repairs and exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances and equipment.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain repair options to customers.
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally throughout each service visit.
- Order parts and ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Collect payments and complete service reports accurately.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a reliable technician who blends technical skill with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- EPA certification and sealed system experience are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits

- Pay Range: Starting at $25/hour, with potential to earn $75 /hour based on experience and performance. Additional bonuses and commissions are available for top performers.
