What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent customer service and high-quality repairs for a wide range of home appliances.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential appliances and equipment.
- Providing accurate cost estimates and explaining recommended repairs.
- Communicating clearly and courteously with customers.
- Ordering parts and managing materials efficiently.
- Collecting payments and completing service documentation accurately.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a dependable technician who combines strong technical skills with great communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- EPA certification a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $20 – $35 per hour (based on experience) bonuses and commissions.
