What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll be the face of our company — delivering expert repairs, outstanding service, and a great customer experience. Your key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances and equipment.
Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicating clearly with customers. Explaining needed services and solutions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Ordering parts and ensuring efficient use of company materials.
- Collecting payments and accurately completing service documentation. What It Takes to Succeed

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of professional, full-time residential appliance repair experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of sealed systems, R600 Lokring repairs, and residential appliance servicing.
- Certifications: EPA license required.
- Other Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 – $40.00 per hour (base performance incentives), depending on experience and productivity.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday only — no nights or weekends.
