Purpose Support the Creative Director in overall planning, logistics, and event execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building event schedule and run-of-show
- Manage volunteer communications
- Coordinate vendors and logistics
- Attend virtual planning meetings
- Support smooth day-of operations
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning or administrative leadership preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Hours 5–10 hours/week event day
Reports To Creative Director
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
