Job Title : Warehouse Owners Representative
Location: Lebanon, IN (1 week per month on site)
Contract: Initial 12 month performance based extension
Rate: Competitive hourly W2 only expense cap
We are supporting an initial 12-month contract for an experienced Warehouse Owners Representative to act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for GMP warehouse design, implementation, and commissioning. The role requires only 1 week per month on site in Lebanon, Indiana.
Working under senior supply chain leadership, this role will own URS development, capacity planning, mass balance, and PRD integration across liquid and dry GMP warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead URS development for GMP warehouses.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking (manufacturing sites, DCs, CDMOs).
• Define functional, operational, and technical requirements.
• Deliver capacity planning and mass balance for material flow and storage.
• Support layout development, rack configuration, and 3PL strategy.
• Define and manage integration between warehouse operations and PRD.
Profile:
• Proven experience in GMP warehouse design and delivery.
• Background in pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
• Comfortable operating as an Owner’s Rep and senior SME.
