Global Chief Operating Officer

i-payout is seeking a Global Chief Operating Officer to partner directly with the CEO and lead the next stage of our business.

We provide global payout solutions to businesses and their beneficiaries. We are looking for an experienced operating executive who can bring structure, accountability, and measurable improvement to an international payments' organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for daily execution, team performance, and building an operation that can support continued growth.

What you will lead

• Oversee global operations, customer support, client onboarding, and service delivery.
• Establish clear ownership, operating procedures, performance measures, and management reporting.
• Improve onboarding speed, service quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Strengthen coordination across Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Sales.
• Work with Compliance to ensure operational execution supports regulatory and banking requirements.
• Develop leaders, address performance gaps, and build succession coverage across critical functions.
• Improve automation and workflows while maintaining appropriate controls.
• Reduce dependence on the CEO for routine operating decisions.
• Prepare the organization for continued expansion and a potential future strategic transaction.

What you bring

• Senior operating leadership experience in payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or a closely related regulated business.
• Experience managing international teams and complex service operations.
• A record of delivering measurable improvements in execution, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Strong financial judgment and comfort managing budgets, staffing, and operating metrics.
• Experience working with banking partners and cross-functional compliance teams.
• The ability to lead within a founder-led business, make decisions, and follow through.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration, or transaction readiness is a plus.

Compensation and long-term opportunity

The compensation package will combine base salary and a performance-based bonus, with the opportunity to negotiate a long-term incentive arrangement tied to value creation and participation in a potential future sale or other qualifying transaction.

Any long-term incentive will be subject to a separate written agreement, including performance, vesting, retention, and transaction conditions. A future transaction is not guaranteed.

Compensation: Annual base salary of $225,000–$300,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a performance-based annual bonus. Opportunity for a long-term incentive tied to company value creation and participation in a potential future exit, subject to a separate written agreement and applicable vesting and transaction conditions.
