We are Electrical company based in Crown Point, IN providing electrical services to Lake and Porter County, IN customers for over 23 years.

We're looking to expand our team by hiring experienced, self-sufficient electricians who are dedicated to providing excellent service.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Residential Electrician who is comfortable working independently or in a team with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, have good working knowledge of the NEC, demonstrating proficiency in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Your role will require strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards, as well as the ability to work effectively on construction sites ensuring providing high quality job and safety to yourself and others. Majority of the work is new residential construction.

Responsibilities :

Install / upgrade electrical services in accordance with local codes and regulations
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings for proper layout and installation
Whole house wiring either in NM cable or EMT.
Install devices and appliances
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential homes, providing effective solutions.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years or more proven experience as Residential / Commercial Electrician

Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job with minimal supervision.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and accurately.

Ability to ascend / descend stairs and ladders

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Own tools

Good driving record, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to / from office or job site.

Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Be willing to work overtime as needed.

Ability to pass background check and drug test

Job Type : Full-time, in person

Pay : Highly competitive pay , we offer a pay range that reflects your experience and skills and a bonus opportunity that rewards high performance. We recognize and value good employees.

Expected hours : M-F 7 : 00 – 15 : 30 with occasional overtime, Saturdays as needed
