Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data related to stiller processing into various database systems and ERP platforms.
• Manage order entry, ensuring all product specifications and quantities are correctly recorded.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to analyze data, create pivot tables, and generate reports that support production planning.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to production processes and customer data.
• Perform data collection tasks, including tracking inventory levels, processing data in spreadsheets, and verifying information accuracy.
• Support customer service efforts by providing timely updates on order status and processing inquiries efficiently.
• Use technical skills to troubleshoot basic database or software issues related to data entry or system updates.

Experience

• Proven experience with data entry in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and productivity software like Microsoft Word and Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills necessary for accurate calculations during data entry and analysis.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with a focus on office productivity tools and technical systems used in manufacturing or processing environments.
• Previous experience in order entry, inventory management, or a similar role involving data collection and documentation is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customer service support.
