As a Team Member Trainee, you'll build the infrastructure for outstanding campaign performance. Working alongside leadership, you'll construct systems for team development, client service, and operational tracking that become the foundation for your future leadership career. The Team Member Trainee’s designs will ensure consistent, replicable success across our entire operations.
Role Requirements for a Team Member Trainee
- Support daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing team workflows, and assisting in the execution of multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand our campaign standards, client objectives, and performance benchmarks.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy across digital channels, ensuring satisfaction throughout service interactions.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging team activities, client milestones, and operational updates to support campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Evaluate campaign metrics and team feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimize outreach strategies, and support long-term growth.
- Work with departments to resolve service issues, streamline onboarding, and maintain our standards for campaigns and team development.
