Mandatory Qualifications
| 1. | This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response. |
| 2. | 84 months experience in working with HL7 messages |
| 3. | 84 months experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets and JavaScript with relational database model applications |
| 4. | 84 months experience in using WebLogic application server |
| 5. | 84 months experience in designing complex web applications on various development platforms, including REST web services |
| 6. | 84 months experience working with java-based service-oriented architecture |
| 7. | 84 months experience in application testing including design and implementation of test plans |
| 8. | 84 months experience in designing interfaces with SAS server environment |
