**Strategy & Campaigns**
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead campaigns for membership, programs, events, and fundraising.
- Manage marketing calendar and ensure timely, high-quality communications.
- Execute monthly campaigns across email, social, digital advertising, and print.
- Manage email marketing (weekly newsletters, segmented communications).
- Oversee social media content, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and priorities.
- Design and oversee marketing content, including campaigns, newsletters, press materials and annual impact report.
- Lead storytelling that highlights program impact and community.
- Produce/direct multimedia content, including short-form video.
- Increase visibility through media outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Support positioning of the JCC as a welcoming, inclusive community hub.
- Partner with digital specialist to review performance metrics and insights.
- Use data to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Design promotion of key initiatives (Shalom on the Range, Jewish Arts Festival, Hanukkah Market, Summer Camp, ECC).
- Attend events as needed to capture content.
**Qualifications**
- Strong strategic, writing, creative and content development skills.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years in marketing or communications.
- Experience with email marketing and social platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics to inform strategy (in partnership with specialist).
- Nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred.
