I&I Car Rentals in McKinleyville, CA is looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent & Car Detailer! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with rental agreements, reservations, and vehicle selection
- Process rental contracts, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after each rental and document findings
- Thoroughly clean, wash, vacuum, and detail rental vehicles to fleet standards
- Maintain vehicle lot organization and ensure cars are rental-ready at all times
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with team members to manage vehicle availability and turnaround times
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience in auto detailing or vehicle cleaning is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Basic computer skills for processing rentals and reservations
