What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of hands-on collision repair experience (frame, metal, and interior work)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality repairs
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team-focused attitude
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair full-frame and uni-body structural damage
- Repair and replace body panels
- Reinstall interiors and wiring harnesses
- Operate measuring systems and follow repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participating in weekly department meetings
