As a member of our service team, you will work alongside experienced BMW technicians while developing your diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and manufacturer-supported training. Job Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance services, and repairs according to BMW and dealership standards
• Accurately identify and diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
• Complete repair orders efficiently and thoroughly while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, technicians, and management to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Clearly communicate repair findings and recommendations both verbally and in writing
• Road-test vehicles as necessary to ensure repairs are completed properly
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities
• Follow all BMW, dealership, and safety procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically active environment
• Ability to operate automotive tools and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred:

• Automotive technical school education or current enrollment
• Previous automotive repair, maintenance, or quick-lube experience
• ASE certifications or willingness to obtain certifications
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
