E-Commerce Specialist
We’re looking for a motivated E-Commerce Specialist to help manage and grow our online business. This role will oversee daily website operations, create and maintain product content, and support customers with online orders and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and digital content
- Build, edit, and improve product pages, images, and descriptions
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide customer support for online orders, returns, and account issues
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT to ensure a smooth online experience
Qualifications:
- Experience with online sales
- Strong attention to detail and content creation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues professionally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
