Job Summary
- Experience in designing and implementing end-user computing technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Experience designing for Windows, Mac, Android, Apple, etc.
- Experience with SCCM, WorkSpaceOne and others
- Engineer packages and deployments of system image and end user device software via SCCM/WorkSpaceOne and others
- Experience with InTune, AutoPilot, Imprivata and etc.
- Experience in Windows 10 and Active Directory
- Planning, initiation and execution of complex End User Computing projects including a rolling cycle of Windows 10 upgrades
- Setup/Support/Maintenance of all Computers and Phone including Hardware/Software/Applications
- Utilizing software deployment tools and OS imaging tools such as SCCM and Workspace One
- Experience supporting a hybrid cloud environment including Windows, Azure, O365, OneDrive for Business and Office 365 Admin Centers
- Experience with VDI management and implementing in the cloud
- Automate tasks by scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, batch)
- Perform product analysis, quality assurance, troubleshooting and support
