The right person is mature, organized, personable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, people-focused environment. You should enjoy interacting with patients, building relationships, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for.

- Communicating confidently with patients in person, by phone, and electronically
- Helping patients understand their appointments, care process, and next steps

- Is polished, confident, personable, and professional
- Naturally connects with people and genuinely enjoys helping others
- Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pays attention to details without losing sight of the big picture
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Is dependable and understands the importance of consistency
- Can think independently and make good decisions
- Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Works well with a team but doesn't need constant supervision
- Brings positive energy to work every day
