The Role
We’re looking for a Team Member who’s friendly, reliable, and ready to jump in. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and taking pride in doing things the right way. You’ll be front-and-center with our guests while also helping keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who can eventually run our opening shifts M-F.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a smile and provide outstanding customer service
- Take orders and process payments using our Square POS system
- Roll ice cream and prepare Boba tea drinks (yes—it’s as fun as it sounds!)
- Explain our menu clearly and confidently, and suggest add-ons to enhance the guest experience
- Work closely with your teammates to prepare and deliver orders accurately
- Keep the shop clean and welcoming
- Wipe tables, glass, and walls
- Wash dishes
- Manage trash and maintain workstations
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Complete opening and closing duties to keep the shop organized
- Monitor and report inventory needs to management
- Handle cash accurately and responsibly

- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Texas Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
