What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Setter) position at I Buy RIC?
At I Buy RIC, we’re a team of real estate professionals on a mission to make selling real estate directly to a buyer an option sellers trust. Thousands of Central Virginia homeowners choose to sell their house directly to a buyer each year. The transactions are significant, but many sellers report failed closings, large last minute price reductions, and a lack of trust and transparency in the process.
We’re fixing that by giving sellers the tools, information, and support they need to make good decisions. The proof is in our results:
- Closed more than 150 local real estate transactions - no closing costs, no commissions, and on the seller’s timeline
- Maintained a 5.0 star rating on our Google Business Profile with 100 ratings from actual home sellers
- Obtained Virginia real estate licenses
- On local TV (CBS, Fox, CW) for 4 years
We believe in high standards, hard work, and helping sellers win. If that resonates, you’ll feel at home here.
