Join a dedicated, action-oriented team as an experienced Plan Spec Project Manager ready to lead electrical construction projects from turnover through closeout. In this role, you will manage plan and specification work by coordinating with field leadership, internal departments, subcontractors, vendors, and customer representatives to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with contract requirements.
Enjoy less red tape and more room to act, supported by a Project Delivery Process that is simple, straightforward, and efficient. The Plan Spec Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination for assigned projects-driving communication, decision-making, financial oversight, scheduling, and successful execution while also supporting the development of Associate Project Managers as needed.
