Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Case Management and Case Management Services.
- Familiarity with Social Work and Social Services practices.
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Empathy, cultural competence, and the ability to establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus.
