Position Overview:
As our Salon Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. This position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a polished, friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage a high-volume appointment schedule efficiently
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and book services
- Recommend retail products and promote salon services
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and client retention
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality front desk role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with salon software (Meevo, Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar preferred)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales-minded with a passion for client experience
