Duties
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Data entry for customers for lifeline services through ASSURANCE WIRELESS.
- Data entry for customers for SPECTRUM products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns to improve service quality and product offerings.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing materials as needed.
- Support content marketing initiatives by assisting in the development of promotional materials.
- Engage in digital marketing efforts by understanding market trends and customer preferences.
- Contribute to print advertising campaigns through effective copywriting and product management.
- Set up marketing material to advertise products to customers
- Acquire partnerships
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred; experience with HTML is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and content marketing principles.
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to analyze customer feedback for improvement.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
