What You’ll Do:
Primary job responsibilities involve providing person-centered, trauma-informed support and coordination of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including those with co-occurring behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD, mental health conditions). This role focuses on improving functioning across life domains including behavioral health, adaptive skills, communication, and community integration.
This role will receive regular clinical supervision and case review to ensure appropriate clinical training, support, and professional development opportunities. Services may be provided in person or via telehealth, dependent upon client preference and clinical appropriateness. Individual, group, or family services are provided in an assigned treatment program, office, or community based settings (including homes, schools, and other community settings). This role is expected to be successful in treatment of moderate acuity cases and require more supervision if treating high acuity cases.
This position may be filled by unlicensed professionals with relevant experience or licensed clinicians), with responsibilities adjusted based on scope of practice
Minimum Education/Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in social work
Licensed through the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.
Experience working with people with mental health conditions.
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
Personal vehicle to transport clients as needed.
Able to pass training to become certified to provide physical intervention as needed
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
Valid car insurance
Required Licensure/Certification
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles - No more than 5 points on driving record.
- Valid car insurance.
- Current High-Fidelity Wrap-Around and CANS Assessor training or the ability to complete such within 90 days of hire.

Work Hours: This position operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. May be required to cover rotation for on-call after-hours coverage to support crisis needs. A 4 day (10 hours/day) work week may be available depending on the organization's needs.
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel between service locations in assigned region.
Salary : $60,373 - $75,000
