As a part of our growth, I-80 Auto Parts & Calumet City Auto Wreckers are looking for a dedicated Inside Automotive Parts Sales Associate with knowledge of replacement parts for the vehicle / collision repair industry. This position will be eligible for competitive compensation including a commission program with an unlimited cap.
Essential Job Duties:
- Provide customer service, evaluate the customer’s needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, product availability, and services.
- Provide relevant information on guarantees, prices, and payment methods.
- Complete internal documents supporting any transaction, interchange, and return.
- Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when requested part/car is not available.
Preferred Qualification
- Customer Service experience
- Prior experience selling and knowledge of automotive parts
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Will train qualified motivated candidates.

- Must be able to convey product information and product availability to customers.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must have the flexibility to work Saturdays.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment where frequent interruptions may occur.
- Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.

Pay: $57,249.00 - $200,000.00 per year
