We’re seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter to join our field team. Key Responsibilities
- Execute rough and finish carpentry work with precision and efficiency on commercial interiors and exteriors
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project documents to complete tasks according to plan
- Install millwork, casework, fixtures, and specialty finishes per design specifications
- Perform field layout, measurements, and verification of subcontractor work as needed
- Support site organization by helping coordinate material deliveries, tool use, and equipment staging
- Maintain clean and safe job sites in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Work collaboratively with foremen, superintendents, and trades to ensure seamless execution of work
- Assist with problem-solving in the field to address fit, finish, or coordination issues as they arise
- 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial carpentry, preferably in hospitality or retail environments
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, with knowledge of materials and finish standards for high-end construction
- Ability to travel full-time to job sites throughout the U.S.
- Familiarity with commercial construction sequencing and safety best practices
- Experience reading blueprints and shop drawings
- Basic tech skills (Google Workspace, Procore, or Bluebeam experience a plus)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

- Full Time Position
- Pay: $50–$70/hour (depending on experience)

- Paid Time Off: One week of PTO for eligible employees who have completed one year of employment, two weeks of PTO after completion of two to four years of employment, and three weeks of PTO after completion of five or more years of employment.
