Millwork / Casework Installer (Traveling)
$40–$50/hour plus performance bonuses (depending on experience)
Growing Design-Build firm specializing in Casino, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Retail industries, looking for an experienced, skilled finish carpenter to join our traveling installation team. Position includes the ability to work with a team of people who are creating innovative, compelling retail environments using state of the art construction methods. Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements
- Work with install team to unload, assemble, and install "decor structures"
- Install finish millwork and casework packages.
Skills
- Proven experience as finish carpenter
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient in the use of these tools:
- SCM Sliding Table Saw
- Sliding Compound Miter Saw
- Blum Hinge Machine
- Maggi Boring Machine
- Oscillating Edge Sander
- Powermatic - Jointer
- Ironwood Straight-line Rip Saw
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Good understanding of basic math

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $40 - $50/hour plus performance bonuses (depending on experience)
