I-5 Cleaning is a fast-growing locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company based in Longview, WA. We’re licensed, bonded, insured, and building a strong reputation with 5-star Google reviews. We need motivated self-starters to help us grow our client base — and we pay well for results.
What you’ll earn:
- 15% commission on every first-time job you book
- 10% recurring commission for 6 months on every recurring client you sign
- No cap — the more you close, the more you makeWhat you’ll do:
- Connect with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and local businesses
- Generate leads and book cleaning appointments
- Build referral relationships in your network
- Set your own schedule — this is fully flexible
Who we’re looking for:
- Connected locally — realtors, property managers, contractors, or just someone with a strong network
- Self-motivated and hungry — commission only means you eat what you kill
- Reliable and professional — you represent I-5’s reputation in every conversation
- Sales, real estate, or home services experience is a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation and a phone
