What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential/Commercial Cleaner position at I-5 cleaning?
- Perform residential and light commercial cleaning to a high standard (dusting, sanitizing, floor care, window/glass cleaning, detail work)
- Follow cleaning checklists and product guidelines with minimal oversight
- Manage your own time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled windows
- Communicate professionally with clients and report back on job completion, issues, or client requests
- Eventually run solo routes, working independently once fully trained
Requirements:
- 1 years of professional cleaning experience (required — no exceptions)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and consistent
- Self-motivated, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working solo in clients’ homes
Pay: $20-25/hr DOE, with room to grow as you take on more solo routes
Schedule: Flexible, based on client bookings.
