Test Operator

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
Encompasses the following;
- IST Test Operator
- Test Operator
- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies and/or final systems.
- Follows test process instructions (TPI).
- Determines test specifications, methods and procedures from statement of work (SOW).
- Complete rework on assemblies and/or final systems.
- Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets and databases
- Familiarity with computer components and handling
- Ability to regularly lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period
- Ability to work on ladders or stools

- What's your experience with testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies?
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Software testing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
