Job Responsibilities:**
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of electronic components, assemblies, and systems according to established procedures, blueprints, and specifications.
- Utilize various inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and gauges, to verify product conformity.
- Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly in appropriate systems and logs.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes as required.
- Assist in the investigation of quality issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality discrepancies.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain inspection records.
- Adhere to all company quality policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, rulers).
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
