- Lead and motivate a team of assemblers to meet daily production targets and quality objectives.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior assemblers on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality control.
- Perform complex assembly tasks, including reading blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed by the team.
- Assist with inventory management related to assembly components.
- Operate and maintain various assembly tools and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic assembly or a similar manufacturing role.
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within an assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, assembly techniques, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
