Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance routine, new, and ad hoc financial analyses aligned with evolving business needs
- Partner with the Senior Manager, Financial Operations to support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial governance standards
- Advanced financial analysis, including variance analysis and cost modeling
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data modeling); working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights
- Solid understanding of financial operations, including inventory flows (WIP, FG) and asset lifecycle management
- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (operations, supply chain, engineering)
- Strong data forensics and visualization skills to support executive-level communication
- Confident in stakeholder engagement, including internal teams and customer-facing discussions Execution & Ownership

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive in identifying process gaps and driving improvements
