Overall Summary
As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Qualifications:
- CDK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS AS SERVICE ADVISOR AT A DEALERSHIP REQUIRED
- Organized and friendly personality
- Knowledge of dealership drive lane
- Valid in-state driver's license
