What are the responsibilities and job description for the Korean Bilingual Maintenance Admin Specialist position at Hyundai Power Transformers USA?
HD Hyundai Power Transformers USA is currently seeking a Maintenance Admin Team Member. This position will be M-F 7A-530P with overtime and weekends as needed. Bilingual in Korean is strongly preferred.
Job Description:
- Administrative tasks and support as required by Manager or Director
- Maintain annual PM contract approvals, POs, and scheduling; submit inspection reports to respective authorities (e.g., Alabama Dept. of Labor) and renew annual certificates
- Verify parts shipment (physically inspect/count) and keep material ID tags.
- Resister equipment (e.g., dew point sensors) and submit control document/calibration certificates to QM; prepare and submit damage/loss reports as needed for QM
- Time and attendance records; this includes sending daily attendance record to HR,
- Maintain maintenance work order requests and logs; confirm and report statues
- Communicate with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, invoices, and vendor registration forms (W9, vendor profile form, COI, etc.)
- Create purchase requisitions, vouchers, budget transfers, and reports using SAP
- Maintain department organizational and team member records including (1) JSA (2)
- Compile and maintain necessary annual IMS and ISO audit documentation; facilitate and supply required documents to auditor on day of audit
- Create and maintain reports including machinery historical cost, utility bill reports, and annual repair cost; assist manager with budget preparation for new fiscal year
- Maintain & support Maintenance repair project schedules
- Track repairs and parts-delivery schedules
- Document creation for ongoing record retention (machinery, parts, etc.)
- Maintenance administrative support as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT
- High school Diploma.
- Quick learner.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn SAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building excellent team relationships.
- Knowledge of computers, including MS Office, Excel, & Power Point.
