Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join our team on-site at Hyundai of Vacaville in Vacaville, CA. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our customers and the service team by scheduling maintenance appointments, advising on recommended services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. You will work to meet customer needs by clearly communicating repair details, costs, and timelines, while maintaining records and facilitating smooth, professional service experiences.

Qualifications

Expertise in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
Commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication abilities to facilitate clear and professional interactions with customers and team members
Attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking vehicle service records and appointments
Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in service advising is highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive services or customer service are a plus
